TCP/IP SETTING MANUAL

 

In this section, you are assumed have correctly identified the IP address for the Ulearn System Server. Therefore, you must produce a manual on how to configure the IP address on the server. You can use any operating system to demonstrate this task. The explanation should be supported with the screenshot and appropriate explanation.

Tutorial for configuring TCP/IP in Windows 10

1.Press windows button and search for settings

2.Search on the search bar for control panel 

3.There are many option in the control panel but for this task we need to click into network and internet to configure TCP/IP

4.Then, click on Network and Sharing Centre

5.Next, on the left side of the windows we need to click on change adapter setting

6.Then, double click on Ethernet and choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4)

7.Next, click on Use the following IP Address to use your own IP address

8.Fill up the ip address section using IP address that we get from the previous step which is subnetting calculation and then click ok and finish.(you dont have to restart you computer)
